Description
English, 19th century. A collection of four pieces of antique copper comprising a heavy two handled cup or pot of cylindrical form with squared rolled edge, a single handled pot with waisted cylindrical body, a large funnel of conical form with rolled edge and tapering stem, and a smaller funnel with rolled edge on round basin over pyramidal collar and narrow cylindrical tube marked "Rapid Funnel / PAT 24465 / Liverpool". Double handled pot approximate height 6.125", diameter 5.25". Single handled pot approximate height 5.375", diameter 6.25". Larger funnel height 9.25", diameter 7.125". Smaller funnel height 7", diameter 4.875". Provenance: From the Estate of Dr. Woody Cobbs and Mrs. Honor Cobbs, Atlanta, Georgia.
