The sheet is cut horizontally 1/8" below the lower borderline. The piece of paper bearing the number and name are attached by a strip of Japanese paper en verso. There is a slight mat burn to the sheet, a pale stain to the lower edge, and a diagonal crease in the lower left corner. The margins are also trimmed unevenly.
