There are faintly visible stretcher bar marks to the perimeter and a fine craquelure throughout most of the surface. Under blacklight, a medium-heavy layer of varnish fluroesces overall. There are several negligible surface scratches but these are only visible in grazing sunlight or under blacklight. The painting is dark but quite lovely
