Description
Mid to late 19th C. Meiji period artist signed Japanese carved ivory 2 3/4" (height) x 3 1/2" (length) x 2" (width) Okimono, depicting a father teaching his son his trade. CONDITION: Seam crack on right arm of father. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. The ivory in this item complies with the Endangered Species Act 1973 which are currently the law in the United States. It is our opinion that this item was made before 1973 and that the ivory has not been altered and is legal to sell in the United States unless your state has additional restrictions.
