Description
AMERICAN PAULINE POTTERY ARTS & CRAFTS TILE AND BOX, LOT OF TWO, comprising a tile painted with a tailor threading a needle, seated on a chair, and a waisted cylindrical box, the cover painted with scrolls and stylized flowers, the side with a band of filled serpentine. Impressed and incised marks to both. Circa 1920-1930. The tile 5 7/8" SQ, the box 1 3/8" H, 4 1/4" D.

Light chip to upper left corner and to rear of lower left, the box base with hairline crack.
