A Pair of Famille Rose Vase on Celadon Ground, Republic Period (1912-1949).
These porcelain vases are celadon ground and decorated with a flowering tree, flowers, and a bird. They have chilong-shaped double ears, and the decoration spans the circumference of each vase. On the bottom is a six-character mark and "China" in red. The vases are approximately 9 5/8 inches high. Condition: They are in good condition. One vase has two rim frits and a few tiny flea bites on the side of the vase. The other vase has a tiny glaze skip on one of its the ears.
