A LOUIS XV STYLE GILT BRONZE MOUNTED MAHOGANY AND BURL MAPLE INLAID MIRRORED ARMOIRE, LATE 19TH/EARLY 20TH CENTURY, of breakfront rectangular form the arched cornice centering a berried laurel and shell mount, above an arched and beveled mirror plate mounted large door, within rounded corners surmounted by shell cast bronzes, flanked by two hinged doors on a conforming plinth, raised on short cabriole legs with stylized rocaille mounted hips ending in scrolling foliate detailed sabots. Good condition, normal surface buildup, minor marks and scratches, age cracks, right door is slightly difficult to open, top right section of frame around mirror needs gluing, needs cleaning and wax polishing.
