Description
Continental majolica jardinire attributed to Minton, late 19th or early 20th century, having a scalloped rim with scrolled acanthus handles above a conforming body with relief ferns and foxglove decoration on a teal ground, the whole resting on a circular base, with a mauve interior, and having an indecipherable raised mark, 14"h x 20"w. Condition: Overall good. No chips, cracks, or apparent repairs. Mauve interior with losses of glaze in two areas of 2" dia each.
