Description
Patinated Spelter Figural Waterbury Mantel Clock, late 19th c., with two female figures flanking a columnar drum clock, time and strike, with a lyre and wreath surmount, on a stepped black granite base, H.- 22 in., W.- 17 3/4 in., D.- 7 1/4 in.
Condition
Condition consistent with age. Figures and clock slightly loose but attached. Whitish corrosion is seen on the right figure's upraised hand. Scattered flea-sized chips are seen along the edges and moderate scratching is observed to the back of the base. A nice example.
