As of 1965 the Mercedes 230 took over the role of the 219 as a somewhat simpler version of the six-cylinder in the smaller body from the 190. Interior space and luggage compartment are in line with the dimensions of the S-class, however, the hood is shorter, the 230 has round headlamps and no longer features the front signal lamps on top of the fender. In comparison with the 190, Mercedes used modified rear lights with yellow glass for the turn signal and a modified chrome decor with a one-piece bumper.

This 230 with automatic transmission has fully intact fenders, clean door edges and door sills, a solid underbody and a convincing technology with an exchange engine. The car's healthy basis was recently given a new paintwork in the original color creme white 050, additionally, the car has a recorded trailer coupling. Its well-tended interior comprises a contemporary Becker Europa radio, an additional rev meter in left below the dashboard and the chic ivory-color steering wheel. A second side mirror is mounted in right. The first cardboard registration certificate with proof of ownership is at hand, the car's history is comprehensible.

The vehicle has to be paid and collected within 7 business days after the auction. The collection may be made via collection by the costumer or via collection by a transport company. A timely collection can also made via a commissioning of Auctionata to a fee-based transport (flat shipping rate). If the time period lapses without a result, the buyer has to pay storage costs in the amount of 25, - € per day.
