PATTERN-MOLDED COMPOTE, colorless lead glass with applied cobalt blue rim, deep hemispherical bowl with 12 molded flutes and flared rim, raised on a hollow baluster-form stem and thick circular foot with polished pontil mark. Pittsburgh region and others. Circa 1820-1845. 8" H, 8" D rim, 4 3/4" D foot.
