IRISH DIP-MOLDED AND ENGRAVED AMERICAN HISTORICAL QUART DECANTER, colorless lead glass, Prussian form featuring a shield-breast spread-wing eagle below 16 stars and an arched "LIBERTY" banner, reverse with a wreath and two arched wheat stalks, two applied milled double-ring neck rings, appropriate pressed wheel stopper, rough pontil mark. Late 18th/early 19th century. 10 1/2" HOA, 8 3/4" H mouth.
