China, Ming & Qing Dynasty, ca. 15th to 18th century CE. First is a Ming Dynasty pottery jar with almost buttercream-yellow glaze, foot left reserved. Next is a Qing Dynasty Qianlong pottery short jar with white glaze and short rim - surface with lovely crackalure. Size for Qianlong jar - Size: 2.5" W x 1.125" H (6.4 cm x 2.9 cm).
Provenance: Ex-estate of Paul and Louise Bernheimer, Cambridge, MA and Laguna Woods, CA - acquired before 1980
