Pre-Columbian, Mexico, Mayan, ca. 600 to 700 CE. This is a shell pendant depicting a dignitary head. It has a beautiful headdress with an absolutely gorgeous face. There are drilled suspension holes on reverse. Size: 2"H x 1-1/2"W (5 cm x 3.8 cm) + custom stand.
