China, late Yuan to Ming Dynasty, ca. 1300 to 1500 CE. Gorgeous and quite rare Blanc De Chine ceramic water dropper in the form of a standing rooster. He is covered in nearly white glaze standing over a brown "stump." Quite nice. Size: 3.25" H (8.3 cm)
