Ben Smith (American (Atlanta, Georgia), 20th century). "Seated Masquerader with Red Cain" - 1978, monumental woodcut on paper laid down on board, limited edition 19/40, pencil titled, dated, numbered, and side at bottom. Graphic woodblock print depicting a carnival character seated wearing large black hat, black cape, and holding red crooked cane before him. Framed approximately 60" x 47.375". Board size approximately 57.5" x 45". Provenance: From the Private Collection of the artist, Ben Smith of Atlanta, Georgia.
