Fine Chinese Cobalt Blue Underglazed Brush Pot, having straight cylindrical body, with wide opening and flat base. The exterior hand painted with cobalt blue design with sporadic hue depicted dense of melon abundant with its scrolling twigs and foliage, all against deep cobalt blue ground. The underside left unglazed showing pale-creme with strikes of firing spots, having receded white glazed circle on the center. 

Mark on base, six blue seal script -ZhuanShu- characters, QianLong Reign Period of Great Qing.
