Item Details
Description
United States, ca. 1900. This is a trio of cast iron gilded still banks in the form of skyscrapers. None of these have traps or keys; they do have bolts that need to be removed (as is the case with most cast iron still banks). Two of them are different sizes of the same building with four domed finials; the third is a large-domed "bank" building. Two of them, at least, are known to have been made by the AC Williams Company, founded in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. This is a very low price for a trio! If you are interested in still banks, look at www.stillbankclub.com. Size of largest: 5-3/4" H x 2-1/2" W x 2-1/2" L (14.6 cm x 6.4 cm x 6.4 cm).
