Description
A late 19th century miniature portrait pendant. The oval miniature portrait, depicting two ladies in traditional dress, one holding a flower garland, within a seed and split pearl openwork foliate surround, glazed compartment to reverse. French assay marks. Length 7cms. Weight 17.5gms. With fitted case.
Condition
Overall condition good. Surface scratches and discolouration to setting in keeping with age and general wear. Two split pearls deficient. Case marked 'Bin Bardon & Fils, Montpellier.
