CHINESE EXPORT PORCELAIN BATAVIA WARE BOWLS, LOT OF TWO, both of tapering cylindrical form on foot, one painted in Imari palette with bold floral design in well, under a band of cell-and-diaper pattern, with plain brown-glazed exterior; the other with a band of iron-red stylized florettes over sparse Famille Rose bouquet in well, the brown exterior with colorful flowers and fruit in white reserves. Unmarked. Probably Qing Dynasty, 18th century. 2 5/8" HOA, 5 7/8" DOA.
