LATIN AMERICAN LITHOGRAPHS FOLIO EIGHT STUDIES BY MEXICAN MASTERS OF GRAPHIC ARTS, illustrated paper wrapper with eight loose reproductions of prints as follows: "Carousel," by Leopoldo Mendez; "Lacandon Woman" by Raul Anguiano; "Manuela Sanchez: Spanish Guerrilla", by Alberto Beltran; "Sowing" and "The Excecution" by Lepoldo Mendez; "The Gallop" by Chavez Morado; "The Maguey of Tpiloejo," by Pablo O'Higgins; and "Woman and Child," by Andrea Gomez. Published Latin American Research Bureau. 1952. Dated 1952. Some of the prints first executed in 1951. 20" x 16" OA.
Condition
Good condition, with typical yellowing and bent corners, one tear, lower edge. Stain to "Carousel" image. The wrapper in moderate condition, with tears to fold, edge losses and tears to edges, upper right hand corner, tiny losses to bottom corner. Some staining and scuffing.
