Description
Frederick Carder (English, 1863-1963) for Steuben Glass Works (American, founded 1903), circa 1903-1932. A group of two gold aurene items comprising of a vase, shape #162, with round rolled foot surmounted by short cylindrical body with wide flared and ruffled rim; and a bon bon, shape #231, with round foot surmounted by trefoil incurvate rim. Vase marked to underside "Aurene 162". Bon bon marked to underside "Aurene 231". Vase approximate height 3", diameter 4". Bon bon approximate height 2.25", diameter 3.5".
