The top of the piece bears a number of chips/scuffs to the verneer, where the under material is exposed. The top is very slightly worn with craquelure, which can be seen under grazing light. The base of the piece also bears approximately 20 chips to the verneer. The largest measures 0.5" and is on the front of the cabinet. There are several surface scuffs to the edge from handling. The bottom sustains several chips, especially to the edges from handling and use. Otherwise, this piece is in overall very good condition.
