CANTON - LIGHTHOUSE RECTANGULAR COVERED HONEY / BUTTER DISH, colorless, cover with lighthouse on one side and sinking ship on other, shaped star and button finial, base with two handles, knife rack and four feet. Canton Glass Co. Fourth quarter 19th century. 7 1/4" HOA, 4" x 4 7/8" cover, 6 1/2" x 8 1/4" overall base.

Condition
Excellent overall condition, cover with a chip and flake to the finial and a flake on two rim corners; base nearly undamaged, with annealing imperfections on two corners and an annealing check to one handle, as made.
