WILHELM II: (1859-1941) German Emperor & King of Prussia 1888-1918. Last German Emperor and eldest grandson of British Queen Victoria. Unusual L.S., Wilhelm I.R., one page, 4to, Neues Palais, 14th June 1905, to the Alsace-Lorraine German Governor, in German. The Emperor orders an aid payment of 500 marks to the Director of the Agricultural School of Rouffach, and instructs very specifically from where such funds must be withdrawn `..from my own disposition fund in the Landeshauptkasse Bank in Strasbourg..´. A very large and good example signature of the Emperor. Countersigned by Prince of Hohenlohe. Some overall age wear and a small area of paper loss to the left bottom edge only affecting few registration numbers, but not affecting text or signature. The left edge is slightly irregularly trimmed, otherwise VG £150-200
