The Emperor orders an aid payment of 500 marks to the Director of the Agricultural School of Rouffach, and instructs very specifically from where such funds must be withdrawn `..from my own disposition fund in the Landeshauptkasse Bank in Strasbourg..´. A very large and good example signature of the Emperor. Countersigned by Prince of Hohenlohe. Some overall age wear and a small area of paper loss to the left bottom edge only affecting few registration numbers, but not affecting text or signature. The left edge is slightly irregularly trimmed, otherwise VG £150-200
