Description
A nice Mesopotamian terracotta kilted figure, c. 3rd Millennium BC, a man, depicted standing with hands clutching an uncertain object against his chest, his features are clear and his wears a wrapped headdress which extends onto the back of his shoulders. His kilt is interesting and in the form of overlapping scales, the details of which are nicely incised. H: 5 ÂĽ in (13.3 cm). Repair to base, earthen deposits. Cf.
