A Pair of Rare Greek or Roman Golden Earrings or Money Coin , A PAIR OF NABATEAN GOLD EARRINGS CIRCA 1ST-2ND CENTURY A.D. Each formed from a plain tapering hoop with a loop closure, the underside joined to a u-shaped sheet adorned on each side with rows of granulation, with a fringe of granulated triangles interspersed with double rows of granules centered by a plain wire, topped with a cluster of granules, and an outer fringe of a double row of hollow spheres centered by a sheet with filigree circles, topped on either end with a cluster of hollow spheres embellished with granulation .A Similar Piece Was Sold in Christie's New York Sale For $4000 .
