Description
Good Collection of Eight Privately Printed Books, first half 20th century, including the Trianon Press facsimile of Blake's Songs of Innocence, the Grabhorn Press edition of Shakespeare's Richard III and Hawthorne's Golden Touch, and the Gold Cockerel Press edition of Burns' Songs, et al. Detailed list available on request.
Condition
The five bound volumes that are slipcased are in very good condition, well-protected by the case, though there is some light soiling on the cases and the spine of "Richard III", and some splitting on the case of the Beedome. The uncased volumes are still quite clean, with some light soiling to both, and some minor insect damage on the front board of the Gray, near the edge about a quarter of the way up. The Blake "Songs of Innocence and Experience" facsimile is, as noted, a set of unbound loose leaves, unstitched and cut from the binding but retaining the slipcase; they are all nice and clean.
