Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear. Visible tarnishing to the setting. Diamonds fairly well matched. Diamonds fairly bright. Sapphire medium dark blue, moderate to poor saturation, with profuse inclusions that affect the passage of light through the stone.
