maker's initials Cyrillic MS (possibly for Maria Semenova), Moscow, 1896-1904, 84 standard, 2 5/8 in. H. There are some indications that this fine silversmith was commissioned to work for Faberge ("Guide to Russian Silver Hallmarks" by Paul Paulson, p. 25).
Condition
Comments added on 7/27/15: The length is approximately 5" and the weight is approximately 5.80 ozt.
Good condition, no apparent faults.
