Hero blaster used by Dr. Soran (Malcolm McDowell) in the feature film Star Trek: Generations. This rare blaster was used to fire the shot that ultimately killed Captain Kirk. It features a movable sight and emitter that is activated by a small spring lever located on the upper handle section. Made from resin and fiberglass, this piece features machined aluminum and brass accents. This blaster can be screen matched in several spots, including a small break on the upper section of the handle, scrape marks on the lower handle and the firing mechanism activated by the actors thumb. This piece features light wear from use on screen, but remains in excellent condition. Small sections of the handle have been restored by a leading Hollywood prop maker which have all been documented, and will be included in the sale.
