Rare maps of real estate in the small town located in the San Lorenzo Valley between Boulder Creek and Ben Lomond on Highway 9. There are extensive ink notes and additions to the maps. Accompanied by an index map entitled "Map of Brookdale, Santa Cruz Co., Cal. being part of Section 32, T.9S. R. 2 W., M.D.M. Compiled for J.H. Logan in 1909-1910 from "Penniman" map and other data by Arnold M. Baldwin." There are three copies of the index map listed in OCLC/Worldcat, but none of the large-scale blue-line maps.

Maps with some discoloration, wear along edges, more wear and darkening at right edges with abou a fifth final sheet defective but affecting little of the main detail area; the index map with wear, edge chip, a repair; overall good, sold with all faults. A rare item.
