SHENANDOAH VALLEY OF VIRGINIA WROUGHT-IRON ANDIRONS, PAIR, each flattened shaft terminating in a forward tipped ball finial, raised on arched legs with rectangular feet, original log supports bolted through the shafts. Found in Augusta Co. First half 19th century. 20 1/2" H, 15 1/2" LOA, 10" W at feet.

Provenance: Property of a Shenandoah Valley private collector.

Condition

Fair condition with all-over rust, split to rear of one support and back of one shaft.
