Description
This museum quality bronze we're attributing to Frederick Kohlhagen who startred the Gorham Bronze Foundry. One of his sculptures" The Skirmisher",was one of the first Bronzes put on the field at Gettysburg. The actual bronze measures 34" h x 19 1/2" wide abd is Signed Gorham Mfg Co. 87'. The incredible period wood pyro arts + Crafts Frame measures 46" x 31 3/4" and looks to have Indian symbols carved in it. .. In overall nice condition. The sterling earring is bent and loose.
