Cylindrically shaped brush pots, each carried by three small feet
All-round an increased and deepened relief decoration with narrative scenes
Depicted in a garden setting are a child with a censer and a seated arhat with a ruyi, surrounded by flowering tachibana branches
The base is inscribed with the scratch signature ‘made of Kumatani, Kyoto’ (Kumatani zô, Kyôto)
