Greek / Greece, Mycenaean III, ca. 1400 to 1200 BCE. Very rare and desirable Tau Type idol of a female. Typical pinched head with flaring headdress, arms folded across her breasts, hollow slightly flaring body, details in added orange-red glaze. Size: 4-1/2" H.
