Silver Plated Torah Crown, Poland, Circa 1850, Judaica.
The upper crown is topped with two lions flanking the Tables of the Decalogue and a Star of David, three deer heads each holding a dangling bell in their mouth.
The large crown with three larger deer also holding a dangling bell in their mouth, applied with Stars of David with Decalogue in the center and floral and foliage ornaments.
The base of the crown is applied with six plaques: an eagle, a lion, a tiger, 2 Tables of the Decalogue flanked by two ramping lions and a deer.
The crown sits on top of the stavs and it has one round hole of 4cm / 1.57in diameter and another rectangular hole of 7cm X 4cm / 2.75in X 1.57in so it has more flexibility about the distance between the stavs.
Height - 56cm / 22in.
Base diameter - 18.5cm / 7.28in.
