A Japanese polychrome antique ivory okimono. Meiji period, c.1910. The fine carving depicts an elder male figure working on one of a pair of sandals. Signed underfoot. Measures 3.75" high, 2" wide and 2-7/8" deep. NOTE: It is the buyer's responsibility to arrange shipping of ivory to a legal US address. International shipping is not available for this item.
