Executed on a page of "Picasso: Variations on Velazquez' Painting 'The Maids of Honor' and Other Recent Works," Harry N. Abrams, New York, 1959. Book is hardbound and measures 15 1/4 x 11 1/4 inches. With original dust jacket (has a few small tears, etc.) Otherwise very good condition.

Provenance: Property from a large private book collection. According to certain documents and oral statements from the consignor's family, it is possible that this lot and some other books in this collection may have been purchased at the following book fairs: The New York Antiquarian Book Fair, various pre-1981 shows; The Boston International Antiquarian Book Fair, circa 1970's shows; The Antiquarian Book Fair, Grosvenor Square, London, dates unknown; The International Antiquarian Book Fair, New York, circa 1975 show; The European Antiquarian Book Fair, circa mid-1980's shows.
