Chincoteague, Virginia, circa 1930, carved and painted wood, tack eyes, branded 101 on bottom.
Length 16.5 in.
"Mallards are among the rarest of all Jester decoys and they may have been the only species that features tack eyes" per Decoy Magazine March/April 2004 edition.
