Description
Harold Alfred (First Nations Canadian, Kwakwaka'wakw, b. 1953). A gorgeous pair of copper wall plaques signed "H. Alfred" with an otter emblem on the verso. Both have loops on the verso for suspension and are engraved with formline motifs - a Thunderbird on the larger plate with a hammered surface texture, and an anthropomorphic moon on the smaller. Size of largest: 10.5" L x 8.75" W (26.7 cm x 22.2 cm); smallest: 6.65" Diameter (16.9 cm)
