9 x 14 1/2 in. (sight) partly printed document, framed to 12 1/2 x 18 in. (some fading to ink, document appears to be covered in a plastic film; not examined out of the frame). Embossed seal affixed to lower left. President Jackson grants John Dixon of Lafayette County a parcel in "the East half of the North East quarter of Section Thirty three in Township fifty one South of Missouri River of Range Twenty six, in the District of Lands offered for sale at Lexington, Missouri, containing Eight Acres."
