[EARLY PHOTOGRAPHY]. Sixth plate daguerreotype featuring a doctor/dentist posed with his bag of instruments.
Sixth plate daguerreotype portrait of a doctor or dentist with noteworthy sideburns and voluminous hairstyle, posed seated next to a table surmounted by his open medical bag, revealing numerous instruments of his trade. (Tarnishing along edges, some spotting and minor wipes, with one small notable scratch to subject's lapel; resealed.) Housed in a half pressed paper case.
