I have a shameless plug! My shop was recently selected to supply vintage American watches for a premier movie starring some major actors and a world famous director. They were looking for authentic watches that would represent the time period from 1915-1926. It is a true story of events that took place during the 1920?s.

I have been an avid vintage watch collector for years. My soft spot is 1900-1940 American watches.

The ones that I do not wear very much get sold for other watches that may be hard to find. All my watches for sale are in above average condition, some are pristine. I pride myself in offering the best quality and reasonable prices. Remember, "Price is what you pay, value is what you get".

This Elgin model usually does not survive ?Father Time? very well. The cases are usually in rough condition, pitting, and excessive wear through. This one by the grace of the watch heavens survived and I found it!

What a watch. It has a silver dial with raised gold numerals; the sweep hand is subtle and elegant. The bezel has no wear through; the case back is in pristine condition. The middle case is ?Green Gold? filled. They get green gold by adding a touch more silver to the mixture

The watch case measures: This is a larger case for the era, many watches during this time period were much smaller, this happens to have a larger footprint. This is an elegant timepiece. Dont wait, this case is in exceptional condition for its age and case material. What a treasure to take care of for the next generation!
