David Winfield (American, b. 1951). Signed and game-used Louisville Slugger Minnesota Twins baseball bat.
Born in St. Paul's Rondo neighborhood, Dave Winfield won a full scholarship to the University of Minnesota where he played baseball for the Golden Gophers, winning them their first outright championship in 53 years in the 1971-72 season. Though he played for several major league teams, he played for the Minnesota Twins from 1993 to 1994. He is now the special assistant to the executive director of the Major League Baseball Players Association.
