Description
One side is decorated with a sericulture scene, the reverse with a short paragraph indicates that this snuff bottle was a gift to Cheng Yanqiu, a famous Chinese Peking opera singer, from the artist, signed and with the seal, and an apocryphal Qianlong four-character seal mark on the bottom, 3.5/8 in. (9.2 cm.) high, 3.5/8 in. (9.2 cm.) wide.
