Surya is holding his hands at chest height and palms facing the viewer, holding the stems of flowers growing beside his shoulders.
The round face is smiling with a broad nose and bulging eyes.
Circular ear rings and a high, conical crown adorn his head.
The backside of the fragment is flat.
