Description
DST (Double Sided Tin) flange has good color and moderate shine. The display has paper marks with fine scratches and small paint chips in the field. The perimeter is similar with discoloration along the edges. The reverse has paper residue present. The field has paint chips and areas of flaking with scratches in the outer field. Marked Stout Sign Co., St. Louis, Mo. The flange displays very well overall. 13" H x 16.75" W. Condition: 8.0/7.5.
