RIAA 15x Multi-Platinum Combined Award for Martina McBride albums. This is a special (and specially designed) official RIAA award to commemorate sales of McBride's various albums across her career. Award is new in original packaging and only taken out to photograph.

This award, probably the most intricately constructed and unique RIAA award we've seen, would have been made around 2005 since the "For Promotional Use Only" CD single included in the packaging is "(I Never Promised You A) Rose Garden" was released on her 2005 Timeless album. McBride has won the Country Music Association's "Female Vocalist of the Year" award four times, the Academy of Country Music's "Top Female Vocalist" award three times, and has been nominated for 14 Grammy awards.

Detailed Item Description: This special RIAA 15x Multi-Platinum award was made in 2005 making it approx. 16 years old. It is presented to a radio industry executive whose name has been obscured in the photos for privacy. A letter of provenance from this executive will be provided with purchase. Provenance letter can be seen in images with executive's name obscured for privacy. Item buyer will receive a non-obscured copy of the letter.

This serial number RIAA hologram award has an unique plexiglass M-shaped construction with metal bolts. It is New in original packaging and also comes with a "For Promotional Only" CD single. The award was made by Ill Eagle Enterprises.

Notes on the condition of all vintage RIAA awards like this one: Please do not buy this item if you want a brand new piece of memorabilia. These are historical artifacts from the year they were produced. As a result they may show signs of wear. Frankly, if you see a 20 to 50-year-old award purported to be in 100% perfect condition, it might be too good to be true. After all, an antique should have "good' wear. If not, you might want to question the piece.

As to where they came from, they could have been displayed in record label offices, recording studios, artist manager's offices, radio stations, private collector's homes and yes, of course, possibly the artist's or songwriter's home. Typically, we don't know all the places they may have been over the years other than what we've stated in the description.
