The Louis Vuitton Monogram Vernis line was first introduced in 1998. In French "vernis" means varnish which explains the shiny and sparkly effect of the bags. It is a monogram embossed coated leather which is like patent leather and has been released in many different colors throughout the years.



The exterior patent leather is clean but has some rubbing and scuffing. There appears to be a slash mark on the front (please refer to first photo). The handles have light rubbing. The hardware is bright and shiny with surface scratches. The interior is clean but there is a faint smoky scent. Overall it remains in very good condition.
